PAYING VIA BANK TRANSFER
Please email us for our bank information if you wish to pay by bank deposit at email@example.com
This can be done by either online transfer of the money from your bank account to ours using your online banking service or alternatively you can go into you bank branch and deposit the money into our account directly. Please email us if you would like to opt for this payment option and we will provide you with our account details accordingly. When making the payment please leave your full name as a reference and email a screenshot or photo of this to us for identification purposes. Please be aware that a bank deposit is not always instant, and may take one or two days to clear.
Please note that all prices quoted are in $USD.
USA & CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: We offer Standard Shipping through DHL (4-7 business days) after payment clears.
REST OF THE WORLD: We offer Standard Shipping internationally, with an approximate delivery time-frame of 7-9 working days for most areas.
We always do our very best to ensure our customers receive their extensions as swiftly as possible. Please be aware however that postage times can vary on rare occurrences, with the potential for late delivery should there be an external factor outside of our influence. We do however pride ourselves in delivering our hair extensions within the estimated delivery time for 99% of received orders.
Public holidays can effect DHL’s ability to deliver the article within the standard time frame. If you are out of an express post zone, your item can take a little longer to arrive.
In the rare case of a lost parcel, we will first do our best to follow up the missing parcel with USPS. Refunds are not issued in this case of an item that goes missing once confirmed as delivered, as we can not be held responsible for what happens after this point. If you live on an unsecured premises where it is possible an item may be stolen from your letterbox or doorstep, or want extra coverage for peace of mind, please request additional insurance on your parcel by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to purchasing.
PLEASE NOTE - DHL does not deliver to PO BOX’s. If a PO BOX as an address is provided it will be automatically posted to that address and we can not be responsible for any deliver issues.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
Please note that the colour of hair can vary between natural lighting and indoor / professional lighting. We therefore cannot guarantee that our description of hair colour or the images presented throughout our site and related social media posts will align with your interpretation of shades or colours.
Should you have any queries please reach out for assistance in colour matching prior to purchasing, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect colour choice.
As an online-only retail store we incur processing and transaction fees upon orders being made, and therefore returns or cancellations are not available due to a change of mind.
Should you have made an error that needs amending upon ordering, such as an incorrect product or colour, please contact us immediately to see if we can assist in this regard.
If an order is in any way faulty or if an error is noted to have been made upon being received, please do not remove the hair from its packaging, and do not make any attempt to install / apply. For hygiene reasons we require that any returned hair still be untouched in its original packaging.
For wholesale-discounted orders, we recommend that customers trial the product prior to ordering in bulk, as returns are not available in these instances.
All returns must be made within 30 days of you receiving your order. No exceptions are made for return requests past this time frame.
